Please be mature and answer my question! help!?

If you were getting touched or raped and you were in a deep sleep, would u wake up? And if someone that was like 12 and molested you and you were 6, years later can u press charges? I'm asking because when I was 6 I was molested by my 12 year old brother. Now Im 23 and I have dreams that I'm waking up screaming and he's touching me. The question is I don't know if I'm dreaming or not. I really don't know but I pray they were just dreams now.
