How do i get rid of annoying popup?

sometimes when i try to read an article from a site like news etc. i get this pop-up along the right side. that blocks a lot of the text and i can't move it. i even tyr clicking on it then going back to my original page but the same popup exist. There's no wy to close it or move out the way. please help!
