Hi Edgar. Call local cat rescue groups, vets in the area who would take payments and humane societies such as the SPCA with a clinic. Is the tumor cancerous or just a fatty growth? This would matter on what the charges would be. To remove a growth it will not be that expensive. Best wishes.
