How is the Magic anti gravity vacum aquarium at Underwater World Singapore possible? water is not flowing out?

I want to see a diagram or read something on how its done. They say that the tank is vacuumed and that it sucks air out of the tank that's wy the water doesn't flow out of the opening. If this is the case, how can the fishes survive? my understanding is that they need oxygen.
