Do I try to talk to her again? help me please please please please?

Like you said, you guys are really close. A little fight like this won't bring you guys apart. I'd say call her out of the blue and don't corner her in. Just say "hey, how are you? whatcha been up to lately?" and then go into it saying something like "listen, about the other day.." and if she tries to shut down on you saying "its fine, it's done with" just tell her you need to talk about it to understand what happened and to prevent it from happening again.
