no, it cant possibly be true, as there were only 2 trilion barrels of oil ever to exist, we have used well over 1 trillion barrels in the last fifty years. do the math.. youmay be refering to the federal reserve oil. after WWII the government decided to keep enough oil in reserve to fuel americas military at full capacity for 18 months, in case of a global crisis and the supply lines were cut off. either that, or youve been talking to an idiot, and believed their ignorance.
