If you where to die and just then your memories would fade,will the sickens fade as well and nurse you back?

We proved the mind can cure the body with the Placebo pill,wy not take it further than that.When a person finds out he is very sick,just wipe his memory and replace it with a good news,you will leave forever.If the mind thinks that,te body must obey right?Should it work,would this be act against or pro humanity?
