CONFUSED!!! what is going on?

It sounds to me like you should move onto someone that WONT ignore you in front of other people but will be proud to show you off. To someone that WONT text your sister to tell you happy birthday but will CALL you and take you out. You deserve the best, and you will get it as long as you don't settle for guys like him. Its time to take care of yourself and focus on what you want in a guy versus focusing on why a guy is the way he is. (Trust me, you will never find an answer). You are young girl, go out and meet better guys for YOU!
